• good way to work on listening comprehension
• to be used quite carefully as they are on diffeent levels, most for advanced learners
• hard for a teacher to find the information you’re looking for; good are those with tasks and didactical hints, some are not freely available
• idea of producing your own podcast more useful than just listening to available ones
• time-consuming to get the right podcast for the class
• anybody can publish something, you’ve to be careful about contents
